Return & Exchange Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our store policy regarding returns and exchanges before you make your purchase.
 

 Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on, please be mindful not to stretch or mark the clothes. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

With all returns we refund /issue store credit. Return shipping costs are at buyers expense.

A return must be started within 14 days of delivery, once we have been notified of the return request items must be posted back to us within 14 days via tracked shipping, and arrive back in original condition, unworn and with original tags, or we reserve the right to refuse return. You can start a return by emailing info@cobblerslane.com or via your Cobbler's Lane account. *Please note, if you fail to start your return within this time frame, we are not liable for processing your return. 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Cobbler’s Lane reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
