Shipping Policy

We love a happy customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we strongly encourage you to email us with any prior questions or concerns. Customs and Duty Charges

All of our products are manufactured in Ireland and shipped from Belfast Northern Ireland. If you're ordering products to be delivered outside Ireland/UK, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside of Ireland/UK. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure they are aware that they'll need to cover this before you order. 



Please allow 2-14 working days for orders to be shipped as we work on a made to order basis. In an effort to be as sustainable as possible we hold very low stock numbers so your order may need to be manufactured before shipping.  As soon as your package is with the courier we will send you the tracking code to the email address used for the purchase. For shipping queries please contact our customer care team at . Orders within Ireland after shipping- you will receive your order within 3-5 working days.  within the EU - you will receive your order within 4 -8 working days. If you are a bit further away, please allow up to 21 working days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our store policy regarding returns and exchanges before you make your purchase.

For any exchanges in size or style please email, if the item is available we will be happy to exchange it, once the original item has been received back to us.

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on, please be mindful not to stretch or mark the clothes. Items that are returned marked, damaged or with any odour can not be accepted. Any items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return shipping costs are at buyers expense. Returned items must be posted back to us within 14 days of delivery, and arrive back in original condition, unworn and with original tags, or we reserve the right to refuse return. *Please note, if you fail to start your return within this time frame, we are not liable for processing your return. 

The goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.

You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. 

For International Returns please note "RETURNS, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" for customs declaration. 

Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to, the original payment method will be credited.  Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Cobbler’s Lane reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.

If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy as stated above.
