Shipping Policy

Firstly, thanks for supporting this little label. We love a happy customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we strongly encourage you to email us with any prior questions or concerns. Customs and Duty Charges

All of our products are manufactured and shipped from Wexford, Ireland. If you're ordering products to be delivered outside the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside of the EU. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure they are aware that they'll need to cover this before you order. 



Please allow 2-14 working days for orders to be shipped as we work on a made to order basis. In an effort to be as sustainable as possible we hold very low stock numbers so your order may need to be manufactured before shipping.  As soon as your package is with the courier we will send you the tracking code to the email address used for the purchase. For shipping queries please contact our customer care team at . Orders within Ireland - you will receive your order within 3-5 working days.  within the EU - you will receive your order within 4 -8 working days. If you are a bit further away, please allow up to 21 working days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our store policy regarding returns and exchanges before you make your purchase.

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on, please be mindful not to stretch or mark the clothes. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.


With all returns we refund /issue store credit less the initial cost of shipping of your item. This includes items purchased with free shipping. Return shipping costs are at buyers expense.


Returned items must be posted back to us within 10 days of delivery, and arrive back in original condition, unworn and with original tags, or we reserve the right to refuse return. *Please note, if you fail to start your return within this time frame, we are not liable for processing your return. 


Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
